Who is Kim Wheatley: Expert Coaching for SMEs and Business Growth Solutions
Here’s a brief introduction about me…
When I was 18 years old, I ventured into retail management, but I soon recognised my deep need to help people; it truly feeds my soul. This realisation propelled me towards offering one to one coaching, where I could empower individuals in their business growth journeys.
This need led me to join the Police Service at 21. I valued my time in the service, but after a family tragedy affected my home life as a single parent, I sought to implement business growth tactics and started a print business in 1999.
A decade ago I joined a networking group called BNI I became a Director Consultant with BNI and a Business Coach.
In 2017, I began my journey as a Business Coach near San Francisco and have since supported numerous SME clients in the UK with strategies like referral marketing, accountability, prioritizing tasks for business growth, staffing, cash flow, and more. My approach integrates expert coaching for SMEs, ensuring clients not only grow their businesses but also build solid foundations for lasting success.
Having been in business for 20years both as a Business Coach and a Managing Director of a print company I fully understand the challenges faced by my fellow business owners. I have compassion, empathy and am a great listener.
A skill I acquired from my Police career is extracting the essential information needed before providing business growth solutions with a clear plan of action to reach those goals.
I am good at communication and engaging with clients in a way that ensures implementation of agreed actions.
